The hotel is a rural Ibizan house of the mid-eighteenth century that has recently been restored with care and respect. It is located in the country fields where organic methods are used to grow the fruit and vegetables needed to supply the hotel restaurant.

Outside, a garden surrounded by olive trees leads to a large swimming pool sixteen meters long with a solarium, jacuzzi and bar/restaurant where one can have lunch and dinner. The food is homemade, using produce from Can Pujolet’s organic gardens and the markets around Santa Inés and San Mateo.
